We at Aha! Solutions, Inc., the company behind the Next-Step Stool, are proud to offer an extended warranty period of 3 months on all our products. We stand behind each and every product that we make. Our step stools and accessories are crafted from the finest quality materials and undergo vigorous quality and safety testing. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with a defect in material or workmanship within 3 months of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it with a new one as long as you cover the postage to ship it back out to you.

 

The warranty applies to products used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended, however our step stools and accessories, like others in the same category, no matter what their function, are not indestructible and our warranty doesn’t apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, or neglect.

It all started when our founder, Sara, was potty-training her 3-year-old while pregnant with her second baby. She quickly realized how difficult it was to transport a bulky toddler tower in and out of the bathroom up to 12 times per day! With an ever-growing belly and a tight bathroom corridor, Sara knew she needed a more practical, yet still safe, step stool solution for her children. When she couldn't find what she was looking for in any store or on any website, she decided to make it herself.
